Lindyswingnjazz is a dance studio that aims at giving people an enjoyment of dance. The dance studio is currently operating in the Newcastle Area in Australia. The principal Dance Instructor is Ariki Moanaroa who has taught around the world focusing on:
- Lindyhop
- Shag
- Balboa
- Blues
Although, these are Ariki’s strength dance styles, he has alot of experience in Latin, Salsa and hiphop.
Ariki’s major achievements are:
- Appearing on ABC TV “Strictly Dancing” covering the styles: Salsa, Jive, Samba, Hip Hop and Paso Doble
- Former NSW and Australian Lindyhop, RocknRoll, and Slow Swing Champion
- World Swing Jive and Rockabilly Champion
- Performing for the Maori Queen in New Zealand August 2006
- Performing for the Maori King in Mayfield Australia 2007.
